Willemwiebe
Hi, I've got a problem, and I hope there's an awnser out there...here's what happened: My laptop got stolen a week ago but luckilly the foul thief diddn't take my external HD containing my SS library with all the music. I've been using S.S. since version 3.3 and ripped all my tracks in ATRAC+ without copy-protectionUnfortunatly I diddn't back-up lately nevertheless I was surprised that I could import everything within S.S. on another computer with the MDCF SS 3.4 installed on it. there's only one problem, the tracks won't play. I've tried to upload them to my HI-MD, no problem the uploaded tracks play perfectly. Furthermore, clicking tracks in SS to make them play is useless, nothing happens, there isn't even an error signal. I also read a thread about recovered library's with DRM wich got their number thinggy's black instead of blue, but I don't have that problemanny sugestions / solutions? sorry for my bad englishsystem:s.s. version 3.4windows 2000 sp 4128 RAMusb 1.0thanx in advance, greets wiebz Edited April 7, 2006 by wiebz
Christopher
Reinstall via the directions in the FAQ. Your a bit low on ram as well, you may want to bump that up to see some decent gains in preformance.
