noddi
Hey guys,I just wanted to know before i purchase this item: Sharp AD-D1AC Four Pole to Three Pole Adapter Cabledoes it convert the Sharp HP-MD33S 4 pole to a standard 3 pole? because in the picture it shows a 4 polar headphone jack, shouldn't it be 3 pole?thanksps; here's a better, clearer image. KJ_Palmer
The 4 pole 'male' end sticks into your Sharp headphone socket. The 'female' end is the 3-pole end, into which a normal 3 pole device can be inserted. Hence the 4 pole to 3 pole conversion.
noddi
ahh thanks for that.thing is i was looking for the opposite cos i tend to hang my mp3 player around my neck and the conversion cord it came with is too long and gets in the way.i have a belkin mp3 splitter, plugged my earphones into that and into my mp3 player and sound came out from both sides of the earphone. it's odd, because i'm pretty sure that the mp3 splitter doesn't support 4 pole capabilities.i've search around for an adapter and hadn't any luck. does anyone know of any and where i can get them? (sorry to be bothering)thanks
