ROMANIA
My name is Catalin MIHAESCU from Bucharest, ROMANIA, EUROPE.Shortly, my problem is: i buy two years ago, from Helsinky, Finland a SONY VAIO VGF APL1 / 40 GB ( serial number 28161650 5204520 ). Till 2 week ago he work perfectly with his soft ( receive on CD at shop )SONIC STAGE 2.1 and VAIO MUSIC transfer 1.1. Two week ago i make an upgrade to the firmware of my device ( from link above http://www.vaio-link.com/downloads/select/...p?l=en&m=1758#6 ). Now the VGF APL1 work normaly ( with the new opartunity of this upgrade )but is immposibile to work with any soft Sonic Stage ( original SS 2.1, downloaded SS 4.0 ... ); Those soft dont recognize my ATRAC HDD and now is immposibile to write any new music from my personal CD music. When i connect now the VGF APL1 to my PC ( PENTIUM 4 with WINDOWS XP Professional Service Pack 2 ), i receive the message: " THE CONNECTED ATRAC AUDIO DEVICE CANNOT BE USED WITH THE CURENTLY INSTALLED SONICSTAGE. error code 000066a3 " I hope you have few time to look up on my problem. ( if is possibile, without lose my music from my VGF APL 1 ... My personal e-mail is catalin@anonimul.ro
