Have you installed Connect software Cd ? You will need to install Connect cd because it contain drivers of your Device .

Yeah, I have the Connect Software installed. When I plug the NW-A608 in, the Connect Player doesn't see it, and I just get a "USB device not recognized prompt". :-(

The Connect software CD should have installed a driver for your A608 but perhaps the process was interupted. So just try re-installing it again.

You could also try SonicStage 3.2 or 3.3.

Note that you cannot run/have open either ConnectPlayer or SonicStage at the same time.

Finally there is a Sony Network Walkman Driver: MP3_PA_Driver.exe (1.68MB) for the NWE400/500 series.

The file can be found with the "MP3 File Manager Version 2.0 for Network Walkman" on the Sony AP support site. http://www.css.ap.sony.com

This isn't supposed to be need if SonicStage was installed from a bundled CD.
