zulu
Keep in mind I burn dj sets that are 80 min in length.NOT sure if that has anything to do with it but its odd.I play a disc for long while take it out abruptly, decide to put another mini disc (dj set) in player and it plays the musick from previous md that was in there. Then I try and stop it but it contnues to play even with the new md in the player. After a while it plays the current MD musick but it sucks having to wait for all that mumbo jumbo.Any ideas or advie?Thank you and thanks to teh sonic stage program that can never sort its self out hehe.best,georgep.s. feel free to aim me as well zoolu420
raintheory
This may be a result of the shock-memory not resetting itself after a disc is ejected. What model MD recorder do you have? When you switch discs do you press stop first or just eject the disc? One suggestion would be to remove the power supply/battery when you switch discs. I usually press stop but every now and then I dont.Could that be it after all these years? I only use it portably and taking out the batteries would be a bitch but I still that would resolve my issue. Let me know.Thnx!
avocab1
I have a MZ NHF800 & my unit was also doing what you described & as you say it is a bit of a worry, my one would even play the last disc even when it was removed & there was nothing in the unit. But I was lucky because it was still under warranty & they fixed it up & I've had no probs since . I know this is no good to you but at least you know it's not an isolated problem.Stephen

I'm about to trade up in ab out 3-6 months to something more advanced er at least new. hahabest,georgeaim:zoolu420
