It only comes with the carrying case and 4 brand new unopened minidiscs. I lost the original box, when i was moving, but this recorder is like new.I have had it for about 6 months, and has about 1 hour of use. It was given to me as payment for an it job i did for a friend.Its a very nice recorder, and this is one hell of a deal. I'm also willing to trade this for some headphones, either senn 595s or something equal. I accept non cc paypal ,or money order.
