KLIYAKAS
Hello, i am using a Sony Net MD MZ-NF810 for a broadcast journalism class. I have several interviews on minidiscs, but my trouble is in trying to convert these interviews onto Adobe Audition. I used a stereo stereo plug and put it in the headphones jack on the minidisc into the line input on my desktop. Adobe is running and from there, nothing is showing up and nothing will record. I am probably missing something, but i keep getting advice to "check the line input sound drive" and things like that, but I am very technically illiterate...if anyone would thoroughly help me in details, I would so appreciate it. My email is: kliyakas@fau.edu
bobt
Try opening your sound control box and make sure that your line in is checked. Also make sure that your Adobe is set to recognize line in. You should be able to check that from options or tools.Other than that we could use more info like computer, OS etc.HTHBob
