Hi-

I'm getting ready to record 2 nights of a band and had to prep my minidiscs. To make sure that the MDs were working I recorded some CDs thru my stereo speakers using a mic. I put the MD player in mono mode for extended play. So when I went back to the MDs (3 of them), I tried to erase the track that I recorded to free up the space for the shows tomorrow. Now I get this msg which I've never seen on any previous minidisc in the past 5 years of owning the MD-SR60. I hit pause, then edit and this msg appears "TOC FORML2." I press the edit button again but it doesn't change the option and the msg still is "TOC FORML2." I double checked to make sure the MD isn't protected--nope... Does anyone know of a fix for this?

I've run into many MDs that didn't record successfully, so this is how I test my MDs before I actually record the show. If the MD doesn't record enough time for a show, I use it for other things.

From the manual I found on the net:

TOC FORM (**)

?There is an error in the recording signal

?Erase all of the tracks, and then record again.

I'd like to erase the trax, but it won't give me the option to erase, divide or combine at all...
