Sonicstage 4.0 and Soundforge 8.0d running at the same time

I've searched the forum but I cant find anything about this issue.

When Soundforge 8.0d runs, Sonicstage 4.0 cant be started.

If Sonicstage 4.0 runs, and I start Soundforge 8.0, I can use Soundforge.

But when switching to Sonicstage, it just terminates even without a

windows error. I tried on two different PC's with the same problem.

Is anybody else having this problem?

They're both Sony software. Maybe they're both trying to use the same software module. You should ask Sony support--I'd be curious about what their answer would be.
