before I download SS 3.4 - can you make playlists on VAIO from your PC/VAIO?

This is an old problem for me since I want to be able to create playlists in the VAIO based on tracks ALREADY in the VAIO.

(becasue Sony stupidly copys and DUPLICATES the same track over to the VAIO if you make a new playlists based on songs already in the Vaio).

Can SS 3.4 do this?

ps..can I have a link to gripe to sony about this if it is not fixed in 3.4?
