Hi all,

Just wondering if there was a way around this at all?

I have about 280 minidiscs which have been recorded digitally from my cd collection. A lot of my cd's were stolen in a burglary. I would like to back up these minidiscs onto cd's. Besides the 2 minidisc decks I own, I have the Sony RCD-W100 cd recorder. I know you can't record digital-digital but this would be my prefered method. Is there a 'fix' around this at all? My options that I see are:

1) Fiddle around with the settings on the MD & CD recorder so I can transfer my tracks via optical. (No chance i reckon !:scratchhead: )

2) Record via analogue interconnects onto CD recorder, turn on 'L.Sync' on CD-R and hope it puts in the gaps between tracks.

3) Buy a new soundcard with digital infor my pc, either internal/external. (My soundcard at the moment is broken-only r channel working. Not sure if the card was damaged by plugging in the md into the mic plug!?)

Thanks

Thought my MD equipment would show up below my name! Doh! :aggressive:
