skyliner34
Hi Everyone. Before I start, Happy New Year! I have a Sony Net MD MZ-N1(brought about 3 years ago). I only ever used it about 3 months until I got myself an iPod. But last week my iPod decided to die on me. So back to my trusted Sony . I used to use the Sony software to download wav files onto the player via Windows. But I have switched over to Apple OSX recently so I can't use Sony's software (sort of, explained below). Is there some software for OSX that can download music onto the player on the fly?. I can boot into Windows on my Intel Mac to use Sony's software. But It would be easier to do it all in one OS.Thanks Edited January 1, 2007 by skyliner34
raintheory
The Hi-MD Music Transfer Software available for Mac is only compatible with Hi-MD recorders that can playback Mp3 files natively (2nd and 3rd gen... NH1 is 1st gen unfortunately). Also, in order to upload your own recordings to Mac you need a Mac-Compatible model (MZ-M10/M100, MZ-RH1).More info here: http://forums.minidisc.org/index.php?showtopic=16424 Edited January 1, 2007 by raintheory
A440
If you can boot into Windows, you can run SonicStage. Use a current version, at least 3.4 or above.
