ratazzi
Hello everyone,I'm trying to find out if there's a way to enable USB playback from an MZ-RH1 without using the transfer section of SonicStage. The problem I'm having is that SonicStage seems to require administrative rights for some of it's functionality, including the transfer portion. On the computer in question, where I don't have admin rights, I'm not interested in keeping a library or transferring tracks - I just want to play back the disc via USB. Yes, I know I can connect an analog audio cable to the sound card, but I'd much rather get USB playback. With non-SS programs like HIMDRenderer, which can catalog and write stuff to the disc once it's mounted as a removable USB drive, it seems like it should be possible to have a small HiMD player app that just reads the .HMA files and plays 'em back. Does anyone know of such a thing? Is this possible? Thanks!Paul
A440
a small HiMD player app that just reads the .HMA files and plays 'em back.Reading the .HMA files requires SonicStage because they are encrypted. I don't think there's any way around it, though I would love to find out that I'm wrong.
