Wlecome to "AtracLife""

Did you make any previous backup using "SonicStage Backup Tool' before the uninstallation SonicStage .

I will suggest you to import the original files again to the SonicStage thne tranfer again to the player

no i didnt use the back up tool and deleting the omg files and importing the mp3s into sonicstage again didnt work i get the transfer count = zero or it says that it doesnt support the file format

Onr thing you can do convert your mp3 files to wav first .Using Switch .Then convert those files to Atrac via SSver3.4 .I hope this will solve your problem .

I`m quite out of ideas now but still you can try this

Restore to previous conditon when SS was not installed on your computer or When you were not getting any error messages using "System Restore".
