I have bought a nw3000 20b sony walkmen. At first everyhthing was fine.I was using the default version of connect player and the walkmen with bios v1.0.I uploaded 1000 songs to walkmen with connect player. After a while damn connect player update informed me that there is an update.I updated the aw3000`s bios to 2.01.
Then I tried to upload some songs with connect player. But the software didnt see the walkmen. In the preferences it was writing that the device not connected. The device was connected and it could be seen in my computer as I: .Now the connect player cant see the device.
I uninstalled the connect player and installed sonic stage 3.4.It sees the device but it cant upload some songs
giving an error like cant find the supported media type. And also it gives a blue screen halt error. And windows restarts.
I am using windows xp pro.
What should I do now?If I reset the device can its bios go down to v1.0?
