SonicStage CP crashes while hitting the transfer button

Im using SS CP

SonicStage : 4.3.01.14050

OpenMG Secure Module : 4.7.00.12140

Net MD : 4.7.00.12140

ATRAC Audio Device : 4.7.00.12140

Music Clip, NW-S4, NW-E7 and NW-E10 : 4.7.00.12140

Hi-MD : 4.7.00.12140

ATRAC Audio Device with Intelligent function : 4.7.00.12140

CD Walkman : 4.7.00.12140

M.S. PRO : 4.7.00.12140

OpenMG CD : 4.7.00.12140

NW-E2, NW-E3, NW-E5 and NW-E8P : 4.7.00.12140

MagicGate Memory Stick Device : 4.7.00.12140

CD-R-Schreibmodul(Audio CD/ATRAC CD/MP3 CD) : 3.4.05.17180

Px Engine: 3.2.40.500

Everything works fine, importing etc, but when i hit the TRANSFER Button,

SS crashes ( if my NWE-003 is connected ! )

with the upcoming Message:

Omgjbox.exe has the be shutdown

Debug - Send / Dont Send

SonicStage: Omgjbox.exe Error

The Application in "0x7c168f1d" referrs to "0x0000001c".

"read"....... error

just transferred it into english, using a german version of xp

Here is my PC-Configuration:

Win.XP Sp2

Intel P4 2,8GHZ

1 GB Ram

Nvidia Geforce 6600GT ( Driver Version : 7.8.0.1 )

Creative Soundblaster 1024 Game

...

Windows Media Player 10

Kerio Personal Firewall (already tried to turn off, same problem)

...

WHILE EVERYTHING WORKS FINE UNDER WINDOWS VISTA BETA !!!
