Play history & top 100 doesn't work

Hi All,

Few weeks ago, during transferring songs from PC to A3000, system froze and I had to disconnect my walkman and reboot everything. After this operation I moved all songs on the device but I've noticed that I am not able to see play history or top 100 list any more. When I want to enter one of the functions I get the message: Insufficient information, connect device to software... Also, after this I cannot transfer any of my MP3s, just songs ripped by CONNECT from CDs.

Any suggestions???
