stuartdick
can someone help? i had to restore my XP system to previouse date and on restarting ss it comes up straight away with an error code (00004e2e) and explains it needs to authenticate the data base using the system information restore tool but then comes up with a mesage that it cannot connect to the net! my internet connection is working fine and i have made sure that sonic stage is allowed through the fire wall but still no change. i have even turned the firewall of with no change. i also took ss of and re installed it all with no change. can somebody tell me if i have left something out or is that the end? if so is there a way to totally remove sonic stage and all music files and start again? i have also tried the tune up utilaty ,found lots to correct but made no differance to my problem.
