raintheory Posted April 7, 2007 Report Share Posted April 7, 2007 (edited) The only remote I know of that shows Rec-Level meters is the RM-MC40ELK.. but I'm not sure if it works with these older recorders or not since it is a Hi-MD remote..EDIT: Just tested on my MZ-R700 and it does not show the level meters.ANOTHER EDIT: If you have your unit in REC-PAUSE amd manual recoring levels, you should be able to adjust the rec-level using the |<< >>| slider on your remote. raintheory Posted April 8, 2007 Report Share Posted April 8, 2007 (edited) The RM-40ELK will work with probably any MiniDisc unit that has a remote port... but it may not have all of it's features (such as seeing the Recording Level meters). Minidiscaccess would be truthful in saying that the remote works with the N10 because it most likely does, just probably not in the way you need it to. The backlight will probably work though I purchased mine on eBay from china. I'm in the states though.
