Sure it is slow but so far i did not encounter any troubles. Using vaio laptop vgn s serie, XP sp2. I also have sonicstage 3.3 first then now 3.4. No conflict with any of my devices MD MZ-NH1 and NW-A3000.Transfered about 1400 songs in 256kps atrac with connect. Quite quickly done. Tried also back and force from device to laptop and vice versa, all fine.Sure also the soft missed some features like the Get the CD info or better visualisation of work in progress, but so far, all right.
