fotel Posted March 1, 2006 Report Share Posted March 1, 2006 Hi ATRAC-fans!I had a Sony MZ-N1 MiniDisc Recorder (NETMD, 1rst gen) I got a NW-HD5, so my Md went to one of my friends, but he is experiencing some problems with it:Failed to exchange encryption keyFailed authenticationThese two messages keep poping up when he tries to transfer music using the mentioned softwares, does anybody know what to do? He is using Windows XP with SP2, the same OS I have been using, and I never experienced a problem at all, ever!The softwares refuse to transfer more songs to an MD than 4, but the discs can be filled using two 74min songs using MDLP mode 2.
