kevinz4444
Looking for a unique donation opportunity? Well, this is not the tax deductible kind -- but if you have any interesting field recording sounds that you would like to share with “the world”, consider uploading them to the Freesound Project. Their website documents legal rights, rules, instructions for uploading, etc.
aaron_ximm
They're not as broadly focused as Freesound, but if you're willing to share your sounds with the world, you might also consider donating a recording (or a dozen) to the excellent SoundTransit project: http://soundtransit.nlor (self-promotion alert!) sending a favorite 60-second excerpt or two to me, for my own One-Minute Vacation project: http://oneminutevacation.orgBoth are contribution-based archives of recordings from all over the world of all sorts of subjects. Content distributed on both is, of course, free for the downloading...Happy New Year!aaron--quietamerican.orgoneminutevacation.org
