don't know if i'm being a muppet or not, but i cannot seem to get the songs off of my NW-A3000 onto my computer at work. Is this possible? madness has set in if its not, but any assistance would be appreciated.
do i just drag them from the player window into the library section? i have tried this but it does not seem to be working.
every time i do this the unit crashes and wipes all songs from memory - i only have a small HDD at home and its doing my head in copying my mp3 archives over from cd every time!
