Record Now, Get Name & Artist later?

I have a couple of programs, such as Radio Recorder (now called Replay AV 8) and Total Recorder. What I want to do is to set them to record some streaming jazz music.

Let's say I record two or three hours' worth and save that as one big file. Then, what I'd like to is to split that big file into separate tracks (or better yet, get some hints on programs that will do this automatically) --AND-- be able to get the name of the artist and title of the song somehow.

I know there are programs that can help out with the track-splitting, but are there any that can take such a recorded file with 2-3 hours of songs, separated by silence or talk or whatever and tell me the name and artist?
