Question: NW-A3000 and MD LCD Remote

Hey, a quick question here, and sorry if it's in the wrong place. I was just wondering, I was looking into buying a remote for my NWA3000 but i noticed that the one that sony are promoting hasnt got a screen on it. I used to own a sony minidisk player with a remote, and i noticed that the two slots to plug in the remote look pretty much the same (I sold the minidisk and remote), so would i be able to use any sony remote on my nwa, or would it have to be the one that sony promote?

I believe most recent MD LCD remotes when coupled with the NW A series will provide basic playback functions. Features exclusive to the A series will only be accessible via the main unit. But you should contact users of the A series within this forum for a confirmation.

I wonder if that problem is corrected with this remote, It seems to have an option to go to the menu.
