Rights information error... any suggestions

I have looked with google at a possible solution to this problem and cannot find one so I'll post here to see if anybody knows what might be up and if there's a solution.

I tried to play a track on SS 3.4 and got the following error:

Cannot Play this track

Do you want to coonect to the internet and download the licence for the track?

I hit yes and the following pops up:

Cannot load the rights information for the selected tracks

The file may not be supported by SonicStage

(0000010d)

Now here is the very odd bit... This ONLY affects anything I have downloaded from CONNECT!! Albums I have forked £7.99 TO SONY for!! They still play fine on the player though but I know they cannot be uploaded again because of Sony's Paranoiaware. My own CDs and (*ahem*) acquired downloads work perfecty well.

Is there a large enough brain to provide an answer to this problem?

Did you do anything wiht your Winodws or Computer ???

I didn't BUT I did get an error on SS3.1 a few weeks back that required SS to recover my library. I don't know what caused this.

I get the feeling that these tracks are lost on my computer now I should demand a refund off Sony!

did you made a back of those Atrac Files using "SonicStage Backup Tool" b`coz tracks bought from Connect are all encrypted ..

No, I'm afraid I didn't... I suspect my tracks are lost on my PC... at least they are still on my player.
