Error message that came up when trying to transfer a MP3 file to MD - (yet other MP3 files with the same format and bitrate could???)

Cannot load the rights information for the selected tracks.

The file format may not be supported by SonicStage.

Well after several hours on scrolling this wonderful website and updating from SS2.0 to SS4.3 finally found the solution - convert said tracks to a Atrac3 file and it works!!! If you're not sure how to

1) Import track to SS

2) Right click on track

3) Go down to Convert format

4) Select

5) Can select bitrate and check whether you want it copy protected

6) Click on convert

7)File should now be available to transfer

Also updating my SS to 4.3 version seemed to iron out a few other kinks as well. I have Windows XP and it's working fine - fingers crossed!!!
