geofft
Hi Guys,I recorded a load of audio today on my Sony net md mz-n910 and I can't transfer the tracks to my laptop for editing. When I connect the md it shows: pc>>mdThen a window pops up saying: Found new hardwareI click: locate/install device driver softwareI'm told to insert the disc: the only problem is it's 400 miles away! Then I check for a solution only to be told the driver software couldn't be found and I should contact sony!Well about two hours later I'm at this stage:I already had the original Sonic stage installed but have upgraded to 4.3 without any results.I am running vista home premium on the laptop.I tried the sony europe support as the model is still listed there. The asia support link on their asian region site (im in Australia) doesn't workI also use adobe audition to edit my interviews. If you need any more info, just let me know and I appreciate any suggestions in advance.Apart from that I've never had a problem with my md.Geoff T. Avrin
Welcome to the forums!Looks like you have a laptop with SonicStage, but w/o drivers. Get drivers separately here: http://sonicstage.update.sony.net/v4301/JE...r/pa_driver.zip Edited April 1, 2009 by Avrin
