I've seen Titling Your ATRAC music tracks In Japanese/Chinese/Korean, and have successfully titled tracks in all 3 of those languages.

But what about other languages, in particular, Thai? What's the AreaCode value in the registry for Thai?

If nobody knows, how did Ishiyoshi (or anyone) discover the AreaCode values for Japanese/Chinese/Korean? I'm interested in the process. If from the installations of those respective versions, do you think the Asia-Pacific version would allow me to input Thai? What's the AreaCode value of the Asia-Pacific version?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

If your hardware player supports Thai, you can see it thru language options. (To me, there is no need to adjust Windows' Registry). Based on my understanding, there are two ways to do that (provided the hardware player is supported) expected resident fonts installed (thru PROM/EPROM/.. (firmware)) on the players, or thru downloaded fonts (running on Harddisk). Likewise, I need thinking twice .. (language support issue) when buying Sony players. Hope this helps
