spectrablue Posted June 19, 2006 Report Share Posted June 19, 2006 (edited) I have backed up my Sonic Stage 3.4 (USA) Music library and would like to restore it to a computer in china using either Sonic STage 3.4 or cp. What version can i do this with? When we tried with USA version 3.4 to restore it tries to connect(I think step 6) but fails...when we go to www.connect.com says page not available in your region...ie probably china is blocking www.connect.com.So If I try to use SonicStage 3.4 AsiaPacific or a non USA version will we be able to restore my music library? Is there any version of sonic stage that will bypass the need for a connection to www.connect.com and let us get past this connection step and start the restore process?Tried asia pacific version sonic stage cp(4.x) but seem to be missing a pick restore folder browse button in step 4 of the restore from back up tool after selecting the usa music library to restore in step 2. Any ideas how I can browse to a new folder when I do a recovery with that particular version? Thanks.
