zahne Posted September 14, 2012 Report Share Posted September 14, 2012 Hey all, I'm having an issue with my headphone jack on the Sharp MD-MS702. The right side channel keeps going in and out. Sometimes it sounds fine and balanced then it sounds staticy on the right, then sometimes it simply is inaudible. But again only on the right. I thought it was my headphones at first. Not the case. I tried other headphones and other aux cables. Same issue occured. I imagine there's an issue the jack on the MD unit. Any suggestions before I start blindly experimenting? Azureal Posted September 14, 2012 Report Share Posted September 14, 2012 It is probably more likely to be a broken solder joint on the circuit board, the intermittent connection is causing the static.
