Question

Hi All,

I am new here, so be gentle with me ! This model features a touch screen that when enabled makes a distinctive "Di-di" sound when the screen is touched with a finger to carry out operations. ( To me it rather sounds like two empty glass bottles been gently tapped together is the only way I can describe it!) I hardly ever use the touch screen facility, so I disabled it. However, even though I don't use this feature, when I am using the computer 'normally' it will make this "Di-di" sound intermittently, even if I do not touch the screen at all which as you can imagine is rather annoying. Is there any way of disabling this sound altogether?

Edit: Doing some 'Google research' it appears that I am not the only one with this problem.
