well noise cancellation decreased

well i have noticed that the noise cancellation level has decreased on my sony mdrnc020 headphones that came with the mp3 player sony nwzs738fbnc has decreased means that i only get the noise canellation when i set the slider to center and when i increase the noise cancellation level means mic level to + i noticed that i m not hearing the mic sound anymore why is this so.well i think it might be the problem with the headphones.anyone other have such probelms with the mp3 player noise cancellation

I'm gussing that is the headphones, seems like one of the mics on them have stopped working, hence why your not getting the noise cancelling as good anymore. If you can get another pair of them to try out would be good, but I think you can only get another pair if you buy the noise cancelling pack with those headphones in, which will sadly cost you more...
