I got my player repaired recently, when it came back they had updated the firmware on it to v3.00
since then my player has become very slow when scrolling from menu to menu and even when playing and stopping. is there any way to sort this out, or revert back to the old firmware.
i haev even tried defragmenting it using the windows system tool which i saw suggested on this forum a while back when my player got slow. but that didnt work
