akasan
I have a problem with sonic stage. When transferring to my hd5, mp3's convert to atrac with no problem but when I try to transfer/convert wma files sonicstage tells me it will take 20 minutes for a three minute track and then the time gets progressively longer. So essentially I can't transfer these tracks to the hd5 because I don't have that kind of patience. Am I the only one with this problem and is there anything that I can do about it? Jillako
What version of SonicStage are you using? I have about 10 GB of WMAs in my library and have no trouble transfering to my NW-S205F or MD players.I'm using 4.0, btw.
akasan
I'm using sonicstage cp. the problem is not tranfering the wma...it does that to my a1200 with no problem. However, the a1200 is catching dust because it's battery life is unreliable. I'm back to using the HD5 but sonicstage stalls at converting my wma's no matter what bit rate. right now just converting them to mp3's on a third party program and using mp3 file manager to get them on hd5. akasan
Problem no longer exists with new version of Sonic Stage. WMA converts fine.
