NW-E507 firmware update 1.00 to 2.00 player dead

I have the model nw-e507 with fm radio, i try to update firmware from 1.00 to 2.00 i launch the firmware update program tha i download from here, all perfect until reach 65% then the oled screen don't show nothing, before show a progress bar and some words that i don't remember.

Now the player don't turn on and don't work at all....

Help me please....

I've seen someone write something like this before. When i updated mine it was perfect, no problem at all. i think u should try one more time and listen to all the directions carefully. Make sure ur not running any other programs on ur computer in case it interferes with it. And i suggest downloading the firmware 2.0 at the offical www.sony.com site under downloads or something, i forogt. and look at the directions there too, not elsewhere.

Are you still able see E507 as removable drive in windows explorer?

Secondly :I will recommened you to seek some help from Sony regarding this problem.
