Hope some one out there can help, not exactley a whizz with pc's but this connect player has been nothing but hassle.

I have'nt used it for a cpl of months but I wanted to open sonic stage the other day and I had a msg come on screen something about a BAD_POOL_HEADER the same thing happened when I turned the computer back on and tried opening connect but the same thing happened.

So I have been waiting to here back from Sony help, been nearly a week and not even a confirmation msg, so I thought I'd uninstall the software and re-install it, nothing won't even install properly now. If I install connect on the old disc I have it only goes so far, the same with sonicstage, when this happens I get a dialog box saying that the "openmg secure module ..... and that I need to look for the file on my computer, I can't bloody find it, its supposed to come in the download aint it? and now it goes no further and still no reply from SONY, the rest of my computer is working fine.
