E003 help please

I deleted all the tracks on the mp3 player but It won't let me transfer any songs as the device is full. When I switch the player on it says "no data" so I know there is nothing on it but sonicstage says there is 966.0 MB used and only 2.7MB free! Been on sonys website for help (fat lot of good that was lol!) Can anyone help?

I Will suggest you to format your player again ,but format it from the player only .Don't use Windows Explorer .

stuge you are a genius! It has been bugging me for days! still says 752.0KB are used but maybe thats normal i don't know. at least I can get my music on now .Thanks very much
