NWZ-E436F not talking to Content Transfer software.

Hi,

I have recently bought a NWZ-E436F 4gig Walkman as a replacement for a dead ipod. Unfortunately it will not connect to the Sony Content Transfer software, meaning that I can't use it with itunes. It will only work with Windows Media Player. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem? I'm using XP proffesional on my HP laptop.

I would be very gratefull for any advice solving this.

hmm Except for Ipod not other player can work with itunes .It is simple as that .

Thanks for replying. With the new drag and drop software you are supposed to be able to drag files from itunes to the Content Transfer software and on to the Walkman. My problem is that the Walkman won't connect to the Content Transfer program.
