Welcome to the forum!

Could you please provide the following information so we can help you:

  • Which version of SonicStage you have installed on your PC?
  • Does SonicStage recognize your NW-E003?
  • ensure that you are not employing a USB hub. If so, please try and connect your Walkman directly into the PC's USB port.
  • Did you at any time format the device via Windows? Note: you should only format the NW-E003 via its operating menu (please refer to page 37 of its manual for further details)
