SonicStage v4.3 upgrade - loss of track licencing information

Hello

I am running XP Home Edition and have been using Sonic Stage v3.0 for 2 years or so without any problems...

Have just upgraded to v4.3 via the Sony Europe page (I am UK based). The upgrade went through no problems but now I have 2 problems

(a) Cannot play any of the music purchased from the Connect store - get the error "00002460-2100" Cannot play this track because the licensing infomration cannot be retrieved... (000084e0)" I can however play all the tracks I have ripped from my CD colllection with error (.omg), and also imported mp3s.

(B) Also I cannot log into the Connect Store anymore - I get the error "Sorry, your account is not compatible with this software licence and this computer."

I'm guessing this something to do with the DRM protection, but I am using the computer with the same vesrion and patch level of XP that I was using prior to the SonicStage upgrade.

Any ideas what can be causing this?

Conected the Connect Strore who did something to re-enable my access to the store. They also re-enabled all my downloads so I was able to re-dowload my purchased music - they said that rights information can sometimes get lost when upgrading Sonic Stage!

Not ideal, as I have to re-download everyhting, but at least I have a resolution if not an explaination for what happened.
