can't transfer songs to my minidisc. receivin "Error Code 0004e2e"

hi.

recently I've been getting "transfer failed" and "transfer not allowed" from sonicstage. I've also received "Error Code 0004e2e" message as well. i did exactly what Avrin said {used tune up and all} with no success.
