I'm new and I'm having problems with my network walkman Sony NW-E105. I put some songs on walkman then after like 5months I needed to format the computer... then always when I format the computer and install SonicStage ATRAC and my NetworkWalkan NEVER authorize... I was reading about authorizating manually but I can't even do that because Authorization button is grey that means that I can't click on it... also if I wanna use System Restore Tool it says Cannot connect to the internet but I'm connected to the internet, maybe because I have router?Please help me how can I authorize this devices without loosing all tracks again.Thank you in advance, S3v3N.p.s.: some images maybe they'll help you! This is a "feature" of Sony/Sonicstage.3. SS 3.0 is old. Download and install version 4.2/4.3. Also, you might want to use the Asia Pacific version, which doesn't seem to have this problem.4. You might have to bite the bullet and re-initialize your unit, and re-transfer your music.5. Other people are too busy bragging about Sony's hyphothetical sound quality, instead of acknowledging and helping the problems of using Sony products.
