Sonicstage 4.0 Backup Problem

Hi

I have Sonicstage 4.0 installed and want to do a back-up, When I open the Backup tool and tell it to backup my data it tells me there are no copyright resricted tracks and asks me to click OK but will not proceed any further. Anyone know why this happens?. and how to make it work.
