having problem converting in Atrac format

i bought a 705f black some days ago. the sound quality is really awesome. and also the noise cancel function. and i see that the sound of atrac format is more than mp3 format. but i have faced some problem when i convert a mp3 file in to atrac format. i changed them in atrac 256 kbps format. but some song(not all song) have some cracking noise when i play them on my walkman. i dont know why. but the original mp3 format have no crack sound when i play them on my walkman. why this is happening? can anyone tell me? how can i solve this problem? please anyone help me. thanks............

there is also another problem. when i play a mp3 on sonicstage, there is also some crack noise when i am playing it, but when i play the same file in windows media player or winamp, there is no crack sound. shat should i do now? i think my ipod and itunes is far far better than this player.
