I'm new to SonicStage, and happily downloaded my first 17 songs - just to listen to on my PC - I don't have an MP3 player or any device I'm connecting. Then, starting on 06 Jul, I've been unable to download the two songs I've purchased. I continue to get the following error message - TRACK TITLE - A server error occurred. (0x80042c0f).Any help would be greatly appreciated. Tech support is by email and VERY slow.I've cleared the download list file, but the problem persists.This has happened regardless of which tracks I download. Have a gateway PC and am running SonicStage 4.3. Have tried resetting my IE settings, and disabling firewall, but still have problem.File appears where all my music is, but is stored at the root drive - ie not in a subfolder with album name.
