I have resetly formatted my computer so when i reinstalled connect player i also formatted (initilized the disk) my NW-A3000. However, when i tried to transfer songs to my device the program crashed. This problem continued every time i tried to transfer songs.
I then installed sonic stage on my computer (v4.3). It cantransfer songs to the device but when i disconnect the player and start it up, it says "no database found. Please connect compliant software". When i try to access the music library it says, "No Songs, COnnect compliant software and transfer songs" However, Sonicstage says all my songs are on the device, and so does Windows media player when i sync the device with that.
I have updated all software, firmware, tried different USB ports, and i still have the same problem.
