Problem downloading from Sony Connect Store

Hi,

Does anyone know how to solve this problem. My son has been trying to download songs from Sony Connect store. In the past this has not presented any problems but recently he gets a message saying server error 0x80042c0f and the downloads will not go through. I have uninstalled and re-installed sonic connect (new version) , I have disabled my Norton firewall, I have run ccleaner incase there were some registry difficulties. Nothing seems to cure it. Any ideas ....
