xuchenxixu Posted January 6, 2008 Report Share Posted January 6, 2008 hi, my ex90 is 2 month old. and its already busted. idk y, but the left ear isnt as loud as the right ear. but they both produce really good sound if ou put on the left - right volume balancer.anyways, i bought this brand new on ebay. not refurbished. it was sealed in retail package. now i was wondering if i can get sony to cover this. i threw away the original package, cuz i didnt know the serial number would be any help b4. anyone know if sony can cover this?thanks so much Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

juli_ Posted January 6, 2008 Report Share Posted January 6, 2008 If you paid by Paypal, then print out the invoice and the item description (which proves they were new when you bought them).I see no reason at all why Sony shouldn't fix them.
