How to avoid creating silent files

Has anyone else come across this problem?

Generally, I don't have problems converting mp3's to atrac. Other than it takes longer than I would like, there are usually no issues.

What I do find occasionally though is that a certain mp3 will create an atrac file of the proper length, but of silence. It won't matter how many times I try to convert that mp3, I get the same result. Does anyone know why this will happen?

I'll try and find out what files this occurs on so maybe someone else can try as well, but it can be frustrating at times.

Like I said, it doesn't happen often, maybe 1 in 500 songs, but it does occur.
